If you went on the Thursday field trip, finish taking notes on your experience at Mango or Bailey's. Be sure to write down sensory details that would help other people understand the experience.
If you did not go on the Thursday field trip, mark your calendar for Wednesday from 5-7 for the make-up field trip. Also, get ahead in your other classes because you'll need to spend some of Wednesday evening after our trip getting your food review notes written up.

Looking ahead: I will be meeting with you individually about your restaurant review draft on Thursday, October 2, so if you'd like to get ahead this weekend, go ahead and write up your review to the best of your ability.
